No idea what caused this, but all of a sudden my iPhone 5S is no longer recognized by photos, iTunes and also not visible in image capture. Will try to locate the backup and otherwise upgrade. But if I went back to the normal sized which before, showed the sidebar the sidebar wont show up anymore…..

It really is absurd that Apple has these problems. The ecosystem is failing and they need to lift their game big time. I used to be so excited about getting a new Apple product. Now I dread every update.
